Ordering and Payment

www.jeanerodriguez.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop almost anytime. However,
we may have to close the webshop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the
webshop is open and available.

You select the items you want to buy and add them to the “basket”. You can edit the contents
of the shopping cart right up until the time of ordering, and you can check the contents and the
price of the items on an ongoing basis. The price of the item will always be settled in DKK.

Any additional payments for, for example, shipping will only be calculated just before you are
ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on “go to shopping cart”, where you enter
your name, address, email, phone number, choose the delivery method and enter your
payment information.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until the confirmation of your
purchase. The purchase is confirmed by pressing the “Pay now” button. Your order is then
approved and a confirmation is sent to you by email. You can pay with Mobilepay, VISA,
MasterCard and VISA/Dankort. The amount is only withdrawn when the order leaves our
warehouse. There is no fee for payment on www.jeanerodriguez.com for orders that have
been ordered to Denmark.

All prices include VAT and other taxes. Prices are current prices, and we would like to point out
that prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply when your order is delivered abroad.
You will have to pay these costs yourself. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to
country, so please contact your local customs authorities if you are in doubt.

DELIVERY

All orders received before 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders received on
weekends and public holidays are always shipped the next business day. You choose how we
deliver your package. We ship packages with GLS and.

Delivery is free in Denmark when purchasing over 400DKK delivery to parcel shop
Please note that an extra day of delivery is required for Bornholm.
Depending on the country, delivery abroad will take approx. 5-10 working days. (The
standard delivery time for items shipped abroad is app. 5-10 business days).

RECEIPT OF ORDER RECEIPT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your
order. A binding purchase has only been made when you have received an order
confirmation from us.

14 DAYS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

When you shop online at www.jeanerodriguez.com you have a 14-day right of
cancellation. This means that you have 14 days to notify us that you regret the purchase
and want to return the item to us.
The right of cancellation runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires
on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the
deadline is extended to the following business day. (Example: If the item is received on
1/6, the latest cancellation day is 15/6)
After receipt, you may only handle the items in a way that allows you to determine the
nature, properties and the way in which they function.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days after
receiving the item. You can use the standard cancellation form below if you wish to cancel
your purchase. We are continuously updating the return form so that it is in accordance
with the applicable regulations at all times.

RETURNS

If you regret your purchase, the goods must be returned to: Nordtoften 7, 2640
Hedehusene.
Buy a return label for only 45,-, which is cheap compared to PostNord’s normal rate.

REMEMBER to get a receipt for returning the package.
When returning, you should make sure that the goods are properly packaged. You are
responsible for the package/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt
and any track and trace number. You can also cancel the purchase by refusing to receive
the goods. If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to
us back. The amount will be transferred to the card you paid with or to your bank account
when we have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the cancellation
rules.
You must pay the costs of returning the item when you regret it and are responsible for
ensuring that the package arrives safely and undamaged at Jeane Rodriguez.

IMPORTANT: We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given
notice of withdrawal, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have
withdrawn. Note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, letter or package sent without delivery. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other
documentation of your purchase.

Refund

When we receive the goods, we will check them, and if the goods are undamaged and
unused, you will be refunded the amount you paid to us when purchasing. The amount will
always be transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase.
For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment
card that you used to make the purchase.

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the
goods has decreased because you have actually used the goods, it has been damaged
while you were responsible for it, you have handled the goods in a way other than was
necessary for you to be able to determine the nature, properties and the way in which they
function. For example, a lost or damaged shoe box. Please note that original packaging

COMPLAINT

When you shop at www.jeanerodriguez.com, you have a 24-month right of complaint. This
means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a
discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that
the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of
the product or other harmful behavior.

If you discover a fault with your item when you receive it, please contact our customer
service immediately after you discover the fault. Remember to provide your order number
and describe the fault with your item and our customer service will help you with the further
process.
Should you experience defects or faults with your item after your 14-day right of return has
expired, please also contact customer service, and we will do what we can to help you.
When we have received your inquiry regarding a complaint, we typically send you a return
label so that you can send the item back to us free of charge. Therefore, always remember
to contact customer service if you experience a fault with your item.
When you return the item, please fill out and enclose the enclosed complaint form. Also
remember to always have the enclosed postal receipt stamped and signed at the post
office when you hand in the package. This is your proof that the package has been
returned to us and exempts you from liability in the event that the package does not
appear at www.jeanerodriguez.com. You must save your postal receipt until you have

received and processed.

Jeanerodriguez.com makes reservations for sold-out items, price changes and any errors.
We also point out that it may be difficult to reproduce colors correctly in images, and that

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes issued by www.jeanerodriguez.com are given as a percentage discount or
as a cash discount. The discount code is redeemed before payment of your order, and can
only be redeemed for online purchases and not in stores. Only one value code can be
redeemed per order.
You get the discount codes when you are a free member of the Jeane Rodriguez customer
club, and you receive the discount codes by email. Discount codes are personal and may
not be passed on. A Discount Code is valid for 60 days from the date of issue, unless
otherwise stated. After 60 days, the value of the code expires, and a new one cannot be
claimed.
If you wish to return an order where a discount code has been deducted, the value of the
discount code will not be refunded. Example: If goods are purchased for 1000 kr. and a
discount code that gives a 10% discount is redeemed (i.e. here 100 kr.), 900 kr. will be
refunded upon return. and a new discount code cannot be claimed. If a minimum amount
is stated for a discount code to be redeemed, the order value must be equal to or greater
than the minimum amount for the discount code to be redeemed.
