DELIVERY

All orders we receive before 12:00 on weekdays are strived to be shipped the same day. Orders we receive on weekends and holidays are always shipped the next business day.

You choose how we deliver your package. All packages are shipped with GLS or PostNord. Delivery to parcel shops is free.  

PAYMENT

You can pay with the following payment cards: VISA, VISA DANKORT, MASTER CARD. You also have the option to pay with Mobilepay. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is packed and shipped from our online shop.  

RETURNS

You always have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. This means that you can freely and without giving a reason exchange the item or get your money back. If you need to return an item to our online shop, you can get a FREE return label by contacting us at info@jeanerodriguez.com

REMEMBER to get a receipt for returning the package.

NOTE:

You may lose your purchase price, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item has diminished because you have actually used the item, it has been damaged while you were responsible for it, you have handled the item in a way other than was necessary to enable you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. For example, a lost or damaged shoe box. Please note that original packaging can constitute a significant part of the value of the item.
